Development Manager

 

John McDavid is the Development Manager at Place and is responsible for project research and construction management. Focusing on demographic and market data, he analyzes trends and generates area reports for current and future projects. As a facilitator of construction management, he coordinates the overall schedule, budget, and design of projects by practicing integrity and service-minded collaboration. Before joining Place, John served as a Project Management Intern with Harvey | Harvey Cleary, focusing on high-end commercial buildouts, submitting detailed bid packages, and managing project documentation for clients.
