Stacy Leverett leads project finance for the place team, strategizing to create value for both investors and the surrounding project community. Her deep operational experience assists with monthly reporting, management and leasing teams as well as effectively communications with project lenders and financial partners. During her 20 years in the development industry, Stacy has been involved in the acquisition, development, and sale of approximately 2,300 multi-family units, totaling over $350 million.
Stacy previously held the position of Vice President at Atticus Real Estate where she focused on high-end commercial and luxury high-rise, mid-rise and mixed-use real estate products. Stacy’s background regarding site selection and consumer product choices help integrate the most important dynamics in apartment development, location, consumer product choice and market demand. Prior to her position with Atticus Real Estate, Stacy worked with Cambridge Development Group for 12 years. She played key roles in the completion of many award-winning communities which were recognized for a variety of awards, including: Best of American Living, McGraw Hill Award, Aurora Award, Landmark Award, Multifamily Executive Award: Lo-Rise.
