Stacy Leverett offers great influence into financial modeling, contract negotiation, construction management and marketing. Her deep operational experience assists with dissecting monthly reporting from management and leasing teams as well as effectively communicating and problem solving, including providing critical reports to Project Lenders and Financial Partners.
Stacy understands the importance of creating sustainable projects that bring people together and enjoys adding value to the surrounding community. During her 20 years in the development industry, Stacy Leverett has been involved in the acquisition, development, and sale of approximately 2,300 multi-family units, totaling over $350 million.
Stacy has obtained a substantial amount of experience and success before joining our team at Place. She previously held the position of Vice President at Atticus Real Estate where she focused on high-end commercial and luxury high-rise, mid-rise and mixed-use real estate products. Stacy’s background regarding site selection and consumer product choices help to integrate the most important dynamics in apartment development, location, consumer product choice and market demand.
Prior to her position with Atticus Real Estate, Stacy worked with Cambridge Development Group for 12 years; having the opportunity to be involved with a variety of different markets and significant projects. She played key roles in the completion of many award-winning communities which were recognized for a variety of awards, including: Best of American Living, McGraw Hill Award, Aurora Award, Landmark Award, Multifamily Executive Award: Lo-Rise, Multifamily Executive: Project of the Year, Pillars of the Industry: Finalist.
Stacy attended Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Biology and is finishing an MBA. When she is not in the office or onsite, Stacy is likely to be found managing her bee hives or adopting stray puppies.
